My societies construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues. Though it is quiet a bit old still is well maintained. Public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are good, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and the community follows the rules. The neighbors are nice, friendly, and cooperative, always ready to help. Elevators are installed and maintained, CCTV cameras and security guards are available, and there is regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation.read more

Things need improvement

The society faces challenges due to lack of boring for water supply, resulting in water issues. Additionally, it seems there is limited space available for constructing additional amenities, with only a clubhouse currently present.read more

The society had CCTV and security guards, making it safe. Cleanliness was maintained, and the residents were cooperative, celebrating festivals together. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and the construction quality was good. There was no issue with water supply, and the lifts were well-maintained.read more

The society complex did not have an inside gym and swimming pool; the society's swimming pool and gym were outside the complex, a 2-3 minute walk away, which was not convenient sometimes. Autos were not available near the society, and cabs were often canceled.read more
