The project is spread over a total area of 8.52 acres of land and it has 15% of open space. The residence has substantial area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will to meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They have proposed to add basketball, badminton courts exist here. My children will play basketball here. Every worker of this place are so friendly and they are quite helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several important external amenities.

The configurations of this apartment are 2bhk, 3bhk and 4bhk. I have decided to buy a 3bhk flat. And the surroundings are so relaxed and soothing as well. For that reason, my husband can continue his work and my daughters too can carry on their studies from here easily. This residence also has an adequate wifi connection for continuing works very comfortably. My husband is currently working for a company that is very close to our estate as well. Here are some other facilities such as universities, clinics, banks are at very few lengths. So these are the major factors of increasing this area vastly.

Overall the society is good but there is some negative points that I have to include here are, there is no street lights situated in this area so the dwellers face quite problems at night. Many of the dwellers of Jakkur have reported that frequent power cuts happen and authority is not taking any steps regarding this. This will be a huge disappointment for us as my daughter would not be able to continue their studies. The waterlogging issues too affect the life of the local people during the monsoon as they reported. I think the authority should take steps regarding these problems as soon as possible.

The place has an adequate connection with highways with easily accessible public transport. It is well-connected to Bangalore-Hyderabad Highway or Bellary Road which will be hugely beneficial to the dwellers of this estate. Embassy Manyata Business Park is just 2km away from this upcoming project. Jakkur Lake in this location that is quite beneficial of the locality. Educational institutions such as Ohio Manipal School of Business, Pradeep Education Society and Amrutha Education Society are so close and I am planning to admit my daughters at Pratap Education Society. Columbia Asia, Icon and Regal hospital are so close. Elements Mall and RMZ Galleria Mall are placed in the neighbourhood.

Sobha HRC Pristine could therefore be said one of the satisfactory undertakings I have ever realized. This is an under constructed project and is positioned in Jakkur, Bangalore. This profitable residential project is developed by Sobha Developers. I would like to say that this proposal gives me all of the elegant indulgences and housing at a very satisfactory price. The swimming pool, children playground, gym and many additional are located on the campus as well. I am a future dweller of this estate with my husband and two daughters. This place for me has to be one of the beneficial projects eventually.

Very reputed and well established area. This locality is unique and vibrant. It is unofficially known as very good society. The water is available daily on time. There is no any type of lack of water. The water storage is so good in this locality. The water drainage system is also good for monsoon seasons.

Frequent bus services are available. Various retail shops and grocery shops are located catering to the basic needs of the people. The water facility is efficient in the location. Jakkur is a beautiful place to live. The lake is a draw, and the area is a great location to live. The nearby Yelahanka is also a huge plus, as are the farmers market and all the restaurants in the vicinity.
