The society features excellent build quality with no leakage or seepage issues. Spacious rooms have proper ventilation. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, and park are well-maintained. Daily garbage collection includes waste segregation, and the society is cleaned regularly. There is allocated parking for owners and visitors, 24/7 security with trained guards, and CCTV coverage. Street lights ensure nighttime safety. Water and electricity are available 24/7, with a BMC water connection.read more

Things need improvement

Public transport facilities are not readily available near the society, though a metro station is 4 km away and operational. The railway station is further away, but bus services are accessible nearby. Despite limited direct public transport options, Ola, Uber, auto-rickshaws, and taxis are easily available. Power backup is allocated primarily to common areas such as lifts and lighting.read more
