Pimple Saudagar is an upcoming residential locality and is at the junction of 4 major roads expressways and the Pavana River. The area is around 6 kms from Chinchwad. 80% of the property in Pimple Saudafar are 2 and 3 BHK apartments and there are 57 new residential projects coming up out of which 7 are still under construction. 2 highways to Mumbai are on either side of Pimple Saudagar and the Kalwadi Road is another important road passing by this locality. Pimple Saudagar is situated between the Aundh and Banter localities. There are good schools, hospitals, shopping, commercial areas, malls and neighbourhood marts. There is good infrastructure in the area and people working in the industrial and IT hubs nearby are buying as well as renting property here. Transport infrastructure, however, is not fully developed as bus service is inconsistent and infrequent. The area of Pimple saudagar is also prone to flooding during rains. The proximity of this locality to the Hinjewadi area is a strategic advantage and employees working in the IT hubs in that area prefer housing in the area of Pimple Saudagar and there is a greater demand for housing.

Good things here

It is a very good locality to live with family because they are all the necessary amenities are available within the radius of few km. the area offers good hospital and banking services. public transport like cabs and autos are available all the time. markets and grocery stores are available within few minutes.

The area is tranquil and boast well maintained roads, infrastructures, making it an enjoyable place to reside.. There are several excellent spot for family with kids. Pimple saudagar is a good locality has good connectivity to school college hospital bank and market. located in the main city and has good roads and metro connectivity is also nearby. it is ideal for investor planning to start PG accommodation. dance commercial area with full of shopping and high demand for office space.

Good things here

area offers good connectivity and commute options from here resident can easily access nearby cities like pimple Saudagar Pune. where you can find all basic Amenities like good education institute and colleges are available here. quality of health care centre are too good so I can find good hospitalize.

I passed with some concern in this locality including traffic jam and here is the Main problem for parking , it's very most difficult to power vehicle outside.

Good things here

my experience is very awesome in the locality. I never this appointed due to facilities that are available here there are so many schools and hospitals are available nearby. metro connectivity is also available nearby and Imphal parking space and roads are also well maintain. where crime reported and no water shortage problem.
