How low can a company get? Nitesh Estates. A big company that has a presence in the stock market. A big company that has presence in various cities in India. And yet, they can be thoroughly unprofessional and unethical .

I invested in a flat that didnt get approval . And they haven't refunded by money for over an year. While this could be true for most builders, its really appalling what we are put through?

Nitesh Estates CRM head and their entire gang of people are so brazen that they actually pay no attention to the emails/calls/beggings/requests/ of any kind. They probably have enough money to buy the best lawyers and fight their fraudulent cases for them - or better have enough muscle power to take care of any raised voice.

They probably have big connections with the media people as well to ensure noone takes up a case like this and make it a national/local news.

Their existing projects are delayed by at least 2 years (of course, according to them all reasons beyond their control)

In any case, for anyone who is interested in investing in any property in Bangalore, Nitesh Estates SHOULD NOT be your choice. Unless you have enough muscle and money power and time and patience and money to throw away.
