People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society. Ventilation of flats is very good. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-maintained in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitor parking area available. read more

Construction quality is not good in the society; there are some leaks and seepage issues in walls, bathrooms, and bedrooms, which is very inconvenient. We celebrate many festivals together, such as Karnataka Rajyotsava, Holi, Diwali, Onam, Independence Day, Republic Day, New Year, and Christmas. Amenities include a children's play area, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, swimming pool, walking track, and community hall. Connectivity is excellent, with supermarkets, grocery stores, a bus stop, and medical shops within 1 km. The street lights are working, and there is good parking space. Maintenance is thorough, with proper cleaning and daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water and power supply, and the lift maintenance is very good.
