Prime location on ECR close to beaches restaurants and entertainment options.Clean and green surroundings with 24 hours security I liked this very much.secure neighborhood with friendly locals.Well maintained apartments with gym and pool.Easy access to Chennai city via ECR and OMR roads and nearby busstop and auto stand for convenient transportation.24 hours personal security ensure safety.Overall very good place to liveread more

Things need improvement

Limited public transportation.Residents have complained about traffic congestion in the area particularly during peak hours.Limited Street lighting some streets in the neighborhood have inadequate lighting causing concerns for safety at night.Limited public transportation.While there are bus stops nearby the frequency and availability of public transportation options are limited.Heavy rainfall causes water logging in some areas.read more
