Various activities are conducted to enhance community engagement. Connectivity is excellent, with schools, a hospital, supermarkets, and parks within a 500-meter radius, easily accessible to residents. Maintenance facilities are commendable, with management promptly resolving small issues such as parking and minor pipeline complaints.
