Connectivity is excellent, with schools, a hospital, supermarkets, and parks within a 500-meter radius, easily accessible to residents. Maintenance facilities are commendable, with management promptly resolving small issues such as parking and minor pipeline complaints. Additionally, the amenities are consistently kept in pristine condition.
Things need improvement
In this society, the construction quality is unsatisfactory due to issues such as cracks in flooring and the use of low-quality materials.
