The clubhouse at CBR Akshaya has a fully equipped gymnasium and the party hall can be used by the residents for hosting events. There are indoor games and a swimming pool. Everything is properly maintained.

The housing complex of CBR Akshaya has provisions for parking but there are not enough spaces for visitors’ parking. This is one of the issues of this society. Otherwise, it is a well-maintained residential society.
