The society enjoys excellent connectivity, with numerous markets nearby, along with easy availability of autos, cabs, and a nearby railway station. The presence of a BMC constructed road alongside enhances the overall experience. Residents benefit from 24/7 water and electricity supply. The community is known for being helpful, cooperative, and friendly. Maintenance charges are reasonable at just 500rs per unit. The rooms are spacious, with attached balconies, and there are no reported seepage issues in the society.read more
