Transportation connectivity near the society is very well, market areas are easily accessible nearby. Buses and autos are also present at the main gate. Maintenance quality is satisfactory with proper water and electricity supply. Balconies are provided with good ventilation. CCTVs and security guards are always present. There is a spacious play area for children.
Metro station is not available nearby. Some traffic issues exist due to the construction of highway currently. Some seepage issues existed some time back. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available

This neighborhood is on Pataudi Road, so it's well-connected. You'll find all the important stuff nearby. Security here is solid—they don't let anyone in without checking with the owner first. There's plenty of space for walking around, and overall, it's a nice place to live.
Parking here is a bit of an issue. The space they've set aside for parking isn't really enough considering how many apartments there are.

There's a large workforce here, but they handle things really well. Plus, we've got reliable government electricity.
The fees for utilities are quite high at $2.80 per square foot, plus GST.

These flats are great—they're newly built, with modern designs, and they're really well taken care of. Plus, they're super close to Gurugram, just a 20-minute ride away. The area around here is nice and peaceful, with easy access to public transport like auto-rickshaws and buses to get to Gurugram. There's lots of greenery nearby, and you've got a market right by the society where you can get all your daily essentials. It's a really appealing place for everyone, especially with the beautiful Bikaner nearby.
This is a great society, especially for those above the middle class who want a peaceful and simple environment a bit away from the bustling city. One downside is that it's still a new society, so not all the flats are occupied yet. But hopefully, everything will fill up smoothly and everyone will be happy here.

The society is clean with 24-hour electricity supply and lifts in each tower. There are open spaces and playgrounds with greenery. The location is near Title railway station.
The society lacks metro connectivity, and during the rainy season, water logging causes issues for residents. Traffic problems also inconvenience local residents, and the availability of transport services, such as buses, is on a 30-minute gap.

Connectivity achhi hai because sare public transport like metro, bus, auto, cabs easily available hai ans hospital, malls , school bhi pas hai . log bohot achhe hai friendly hai .
Construction achhi nhi hai , poor quality of plaster and fitings . society me cleanliness or bhi thoda improve hona chahiye . parking ka issue hota hai. facilities like gym, swimming pool nhi hai . street dogs ke bohot problem hai society ke andar ajta hai door ke samne rakhha hua doodh ke packet fhad deta hai kabhi kabhi .

The society features two gates, one for entry and another for exit, with ample parking space available. The neighbors are friendly, and various shops are conveniently located nearby. It is a large society with nominal maintenance charges and no additional fees.
The society lacks a designated chairperson, and the maintenance charges are relatively high at Rs 1.5 per soft. The water supply schedule is inconsistent, and occasional additional charges in maintenance have been reported. Limited visitor parking is available. During society functions, the second entrance is closed, causing disturbance. Unfortunately, there is no nearby metro connectivity, and seepage issues have been observed in certain areas of the society.

This project is excellent, particularly during Diwali, when the abundant lighting is captivating. All the amenities are readily available, making it a great place to reside.
The only drawback is its considerable distance from Kalyan station; however, there are no other negative points.

Auto, Cabs are easily available nearby, Maintenance and cleanliness is well maintained, Amenities like swimming pool, Gyms and clubhouse is available in the society. Kids play area such as park is also available. Festivals are celebrated with each other in the society.
Metro station is little far from the locality. As of now There is no such thing we want to change in the society.

Finding a parking spot in the society is tough since there isn't enough space. Plus, the water quality isn't good; it's poor.

The society is pretty good in every aspect except for parking. Since it's an affordable project, they don't assign parking spaces per flat, but there's still a fair amount of open parking available, although it might not be perfect.

The secure environment and availability of a playground for kids are definite positives. Additionally, the proximity to bus services adds to the convenience of living there.
No major dislikes about the society. Sometimes, issues with internet connectivity can be a bit inconvenient, but it's good to know that overall there aren't any significant drawbacks.

The absence of a Resident Welfare Association (RWA) means that all services are controlled by the builder, which may lead to less community involvement and potential issues with decision-making and maintenance. Additionally, the practice of owners renting out flats to bachelors and multiple tenants in a single flat with car park may lead to overcrowding and parking-related challenges within the society.

The metro and hospitals are nearby. Cleanliness is maintained, there is no problem with seepage, and there is no issue with water supply. Parks and the gym are well-maintained. The neighbors here are also good and friendly.

I personally don't feel any problems related to the connectivity in the society. We easily get autos and buses. Within 5 minutes of walking there is a bus stop, so it's source of conveyance that helps us. And again, metro station is nearby. There is a kind of maintenance in the society that i would like to rate it 4. Quality and the friendliness of the people can be seen from the different types of festivals that we celebrate together and yeah, we have good bondings among ourselves.
The thing that i personally feel should be improvedabout our society is that amenities should be increased such as there should be a proper working Gym, clubhouses that should have good number of games for the children. Currently there is only a basketball court. Adding on to this, Construction quality is average only, would give it a 3.

Moved to Dwarka a long time ago. According to him, the society back then had the availability of cab services, including Ola and Uber. The society is quite affordable, with amenities such as an open gym and a kids' play area. The people living there were nice, cordial, and friendly.
Transportation connectivity is lacking as there are no other options except for Ola and Uber, and there isn't even a metro station nearby. Maintenance has not been taken care of, with problems including drainage and seepage issues. Even the washrooms were in extremely bad conditions, causing a lot of discomfort for residents. The construction quality was poor due to fungus on walls and buildings not being constructed properly. Additionally, there was no gym or swimming pool in the society.

Kshitij is a decent society with a peaceful atmosphere. IT is in a rural community away from the bustle of the city. There are fields and lovely scenery that can be seen from the balcony, especially from the east-facing homes. The IMT Manesar industry area is within 5 KM.

In this society anyone can live whether you have family or you are bachelor. The environment is good and quite secure. Also has a playground for kids. Bus service is just few steps far.

Recently built apartments with modern designs that are very well-kept. The distance from Gurugram to the destination is only 20 minutes by car. It has a calm and quiet atmosphere in the vicinity to Gurugram.

Good society and a fantastic location for upper middle class people. The only negative part of society is parking. Since it is a budget-friendly project, no parking space is allocated for each apartment.

Because this society is located on Pataudi Road, the connectivity is very good. Nearby facilities include all you would need. It's a good society overall. There is a small parking problem that needs attention.
