One of the best thing is the weather of this area you can find many parks , gardens, botanical garden ( lalbagh) etc
Has plenty of trees on every street , you can hear birds chirping early morning.
During December few streets have tree which bloom pink colour flowers which look like you are in abroad.
Has bus to almost every place making it excellent transport.

It's more a residential area so majority of the streets gets deserted during night which you may feel scared when you are alone but in counter we have street lights well maintained
A bit of more traffic on the main roads which may cause you delay during peak hours (this traffic is acceptable)
Metro line is nearby but the station is little far like you would have to go to 3rd block or should go the the other gate of lalbagh were both these stations are 1.5 km away read more

There are wide roads and so many parks. These parks are full of greenery and have so many relaxing space . The schools and colleges are nearby within 3 km radius. There are private and public hospitals , Play grounds , best hotels, essential shops , shopping malls within walkable distance which is one of the best thing in this locality. read more

There is no metro connection which I dislike in this locality. Although water quality is best but continueously water shortage. The main problem is about traffic jams in our locality mainly between 8 am to 11 am and also in evening upto 9 pm . There are very few police patrolling . It's not safe for girls to walk at night because most local people are not behave well at night. read more
