The parks are at walkable distance and metro station is far away from the locality. There is no power cuts in this area. the parks are clean and well maintained. there is so many street lights and at night it's safe to go out because of frequent fully patrolling.
Chikhali has seen enormous scale in terms of development with good infrastructure and better connectivity at the same time in the past couple of years.
There is not much to like about Newale Wasti except for the connectivity it has to other major roads and markets.
