Island is an upcoming mega residential project launched by BSR Developers and Others in Upperpally, Hyderabad. It is spread over a total area of 10.07 acres and offers plots of varying sizes. Built-up area of plots ranges from 1588 to 24,813 sq ft. Amenities available for the residents are regular supply of water, well lit internal roads, water conservation, rain water harvesting, all work related to sewerage chamber, lines, septic tank and STP are handled in the complex. Housing is located in Upperpally which is a popular locality in Hyderabad. It is well connected to its neighbouring areas. The project will be ready for possession in June 2021. Only a few plots are available for sale now and these can be bought from the developer.
