Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory. Maintenance is fine, addressing water supply and electricity issues. The construction quality of the building is good, with no termite or seepage problems. Plaster and fittings are of high quality. The society features an open gym and park, providing a pleasant atmosphere for adults to work and walk around the colony. There is also a play area for kids. The residents are very cooperative, and monthly or bi-monthly get-togethers take place.read more

The location of the society is very good as everything is available at a distance of 5 mins max. the construction is good as there are no issues related to water logging or seepage. the maintenance of society is good as there are proper water and power supply along with the society being neat and clean all the time. the society hosts a good environment as it is green and very comforting. proper hygiene is maintained in society.read more

There are termite issues in the building. On rainy reason, there is also the problem of seepage and water leakage in the washroom. we have to get pest control done every once in a while. there are no amenities in society. parking is also one of the major issues in the society.read more
