Good things here
. if there is drinking water supply cut, society arrange external water supply for residents. market area is accessible. local transport is easy to get.

Cleanliness is ok ok in the society not up to the level. No power backup in the society, No modern facilities are present in the society. there is no proper parking area for the residents. it is more than 25yr old society. as per the POC.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory. Maintenance is fine, addressing water supply and electricity issues. The construction quality of the building is good, with no termite or seepage problems. Plaster and fittings are of high quality. The society features an open gym and park, providing a pleasant atmosphere for adults to work and walk around the colony. There is also a play area for kids. The residents are very cooperative, and monthly or bi-monthly get-togethers take place.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a swimming pool.

Good things here
The location of the society is very good as everything is available at a distance of 5 mins max. the construction is good as there are no issues related to water logging or seepage. the maintenance of society is good as there are proper water and power supply along with the society being neat and clean all the time. the society hosts a good environment as it is green and very comforting. proper hygiene is maintained in society.
Things need improvement
There are termite issues in the building. On rainy reason, there is also the problem of seepage and water leakage in the washroom. we have to get pest control done every once in a while. there are no amenities in society. parking is also one of the major issues in the society.

I recently moved into Siddharth Enclave as a renter and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The personnel is really helpful, and the society is well-maintained. With convenient access to all the city's major districts, the location is excellent.
