While the society itself is good, there are some significant challenges with the roads and ongoing construction nearby. The roads surrounding the society are often in poor condition, with frequent breakages making travel difficult. Moreover, the ongoing construction work right in front of the society for the past decade or so is a major inconvenience, causing disruptions and discomfort for residents.read more

CCTV cameras are installed, and lifts function properly. The society maintains cleanliness with segregated garbage collection. There are no seepage or leakage issues due to good construction quality. Rooms are well-ventilated with ample sunlight. Water supply is reliable, and there are no water logging issues. Socially, residents are friendly, celebrating cultural festivals together. Electricity supply is stable with backup. Parking facilities, including guest parking, are available. Amenities like a gym, park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area for kids are well-maintained.read more

The area around the society is quite noise polluted because many people play loud music using large DJs, creating significant noise pollution. This is the biggest problem for me as a senior citizen living here, and it causes me a lot of difficulties. Therefore, I feel that this issue should be improved as soon as possible. Additionally, there is a lot of network connectivity issues in this area. Proper internet connection should be available here because there are many large towers, which often cause network�problems.read more
