Paresh and Vijay Parekh paid a combined stamp duty of Rs 6 crore for the two properties.

Paresh Parekh and Vijay Parekh, the directors of the real estate development company Suraksha Realty, have purchased two sea-facing luxury apartments in Mumbai for Rs 100 crore, as reported by media sources. The brothers have purchased the top-floor apartments in the ultra-luxurious project called Naman Xena in Worli. Both of these apartments span over 6,458 square foot (sqft) of carpet area, located on the 26th and 27th floors of the tower. The project is still under construction.

As per media reports, Paresh and Vijay Parekh paid a stamp duty of Rs 6 crore to complete the property registration process on November 7, 2023. The brothers have paid Rs 50 crore each to Shree Naman Residency for the two properties. The Parekh brothers will have access to eight car parking spots. The apartments come with around 640 sqft of balcony each. Spread over more than 0.6 acre, Naman Xena is a 27-storey sea-facing building with a total development area of 4.72 lakh sqft. The project has a bare shell floor plate, which allows flexibility of customisation to buyers and can be turned into duplex apartments.
