Adarsh Residency has good amenities for the residents. The society has a swimming pool which is maintained really well. There is a club house and a jogger’s path as well. The security is good at both entry and exit points.

This as per my view is one of the best properties to stay. The amenities are great and the club house is well maintained. The residents here are very welcoming and greet you with a smile every time. The park and the pool are very well maintained, and the security is great.

The building of Adarsh Residency is quite old, but is maintained really well. The parking is good; however the internal roads are a little narrow. The residents here are very friendly, and the locality is too good.

Adarsh Residency is quite close to the heart of the city, yet is away from noise and air pollution. There are all the needed facilities available nearby. The apartments are a little old styled, however the maintenance is splendid.

Adarsh Residency has very spacious and well maintained residences and it is close to central Bangalore too. The locality is calm and has really good connectivity via buses, autos and cabs. Every other facility like supermarkets, ATMs, hotels, grocery stores etc are very close by.
