Koheda is a pretty small neighbourhood with decent facilities available as our disposal. There is no water problem and the prices of the properties here are low. Good connectivity with the city.

good neighbourhood and well maintained roads . street lighting is also very apt. there are schools and colleges available nearby and thus the residents have no problem. basic amenities and basic needs are all available here.

As the area of Koheda is in the outskirts there isn’t much traffic and pollutions. The area is still undergoing development and will soon see a lot of projects coming in.

safe and secure locality. schools and colleges are available nearby. the roads are well maintained and there is good public transport available. round the clock transportation is available in case of emergencies. Clean, green environment.
