I recently moved into the society as a bachelor and have found the water facilities to be excellent, available round-the-clock. There are reliable power backups throughout the estate, and the overall maintenance is top-notch. Garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate collection for wet and dry waste. The residents are respectful and friendly, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and well-maintained grounds add to the appeal. The maintenance charges are reasonable, and I appreciate the convenience of nearby schools. Within the society, there's a grocery store and a supermarket, which makes shopping very convenient. Public transportation is easily accessible within walking distance, which is a big plus. Additionally, hospitals are conveniently located within 1-2 km from the estate, ensuring easy access to healthcare services. Overall, it's been a positive experience settling into this community. read more

Transportation in the area is quite inconvenient as cabs and auto-rickshaws are not readily available. Additionally, there are several restrictions for bachelors in the society, which can be quite inconvenient. For example, guests are not allowed to stay overnight, which limits socializing opportunities. read more

Connectivity like share autos are available in the intensity, with walkable streets. Amenities of the society are very good. Water facilities are very good, power access is available intensively, and security is excellent. People are very friendly. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games. These are available and well-maintained. The greenery of the society is very good. The parking area is very spacious. read more

Cabs are not available here, but city buses are very convenient. Maintenance people are not good; they won't respond immediately, which is very inconvenient. The construction is poor, and the fittings are not good in the bathrooms, which is disappointing. There are some minor cracks on the building, which is very inconvenient. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable stalls are available around 2 km from the society, which is inconvenient. Public transportation is available around 1-2 km from the society and is very inconvenient. Security people are not good; their behavior is rude, and they don't respond to any issues, which is very inconvenient. read more

Residents are cooperative and friendly. All festivals are celebrated together in the society. Cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. There are no leakage issues. All modern amenities are available in the society. read more

In the society, there was a theft incident about 1-2 years ago where two bikes were stolen. Even though there were guards in the society, when I complained, there was no action or apology from the society. Autos and buses are not easily available from the society. There is a waterproofing issue in the society. read more

The atmosphere of the society is very pleasant, fostering a strong sense of community closeness. The residents are warm, friendly, and diverse, including members of the Corien community.
