The project Ashar Edge offers spacious high technological rooms with various facilities. The project is under construction one which provides parking space, good connectivity and good public transportation facilities. The location is a bit crowded because it connects the heart of the city. But the residential complex connects all the necessary places for the residents. I booked a flat to experience first-ever smart homes and temperature control with full HVAC automation. The project is budget-friendly and the builder is trustworthy.read more

Ashar Edge is one of the emerging residential projects in Mumbai, Thane. The premium apartment ensures first-ever voice-controlled smart homes with multi-level facilities across the complex. I have booked a 2BHK flat and it is under construction. It has been estimated that the possession will be by 2023. DAV School, Orion Park, Viviana Mall, Hiranandani hospital and business parks are in close proximity to the project. This residential project is the epitome of high-class technology with sophisticated living.read more

Ashar Edge is a premium project by Ashar group which is offering 1 BHK and 2BHK flats in Pokhran Road, Thane. Along with the high-class amenities the project offers high-technological interiors and in the complex as well. The locality is excellent and I had visited the project quite a lot of times. I book a 1 BHK apartment and the sales team has helped me a lot with the pricing and the details of the project. They have promised to deliver the project by 2023. Ashar Edge is one of the good investments I have made so far.read more

. It is one of the fastest developing projects in Thane. The project is offering 1 BHK and 2 BHK apartments. The rooms are spacious with voice control technology in every apartment. This RERA registered project provides amenities like a swimming pool, cricket area, Amphitheatre and halls etc. The best part of the residential complex I loved is that they promote sustainable development. Therefore, they practice organic waste management, rainwater harvesting and solar-powered water heating and lighting for common areas. The location is decent as it connects the national highways along with other business parks.read more
