Karandikar Life Spaces is the real estate arm of the Karandikar Group, which was started by Arch. Vilas Karandikar in 1984. Karandikar Group, primarily known for its cinema multiplexes, began under the brand name "Cinea Multiplexes". Currently the multiplexes are operational at the prime locations of Ahmednagar, Baramati, Phaltan and Indapur. More than two decades after the establishment of Karandikar Group, the company diversified into the construction business. Er. Vikram Karandikar and Mr. Tejas Karandikar, sons of Mr. Vilas Karandikar, have taken the construction arm of the group to the heights of unlimited possibilities. In 15 years, Karandikar Lifespaces have been the proud developers of 5,00,000 sq.ft. or half-a-million sq.ft. in real estate construction. The name is now synonymous with quality and timeliness.
