Good things here

This society is located in a prime location right next to Infinite Mall. Nearby, there are grocery stores and markets easily available. Autos and rickshaws are also easily accessible around the society. The cleaning and hygiene standards are very good here. The lift, CCTV cameras, and security guards are well-maintained, which makes me feel the society is very safe, especially for my two daughters. The neighbors are also very friendly. The construction quality is good, and there is proper ventilation. Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated here, and there is limited covered parking available in the society; mostly, there are uncovered parking spaces. There are no major issues with water supply or electricity.read more

However, like many places in Mumbai, there is some water logging outside the society during the rainy season. Sometimes, there can also be water logging in the society's basement during heavy rains. Local transportation ke liye Auto rickshaw pas me mil jata hai. Daily use items ke liye market aur shops society ke pas me mil jati hai. Society bohot clean aur well maintained hai. 24/7 Survellience rehti issiliye security standards bohot acchi hai. Rehne walle log yahan kafi helpful aur cooperative hai.read more

Society se Metro station society se 2km dur hai. shopping malls ke liye thoda dur jana padata hai. Drinking Water society ke borewell se hi lena padata hai BMC ka pani nhi milta hai, pani thoda hard aur khara hai. Chota mota leakage ka issue hamesha hota raheta hai. Koi bhi Modern amenities society me present nhi hai.read more

Chembur is a suburb of Eastern Mumbai that changed from an industrial suburb to a residential hub over the years since Independence. Chembur is an old and fully developed suburban area located in the Eastern part of Mumbai at a distance of approximately 15km from the central part of the city. The name of this place is believed to have been derived from the Marathi word 'Chimboree' meaning large crab. Chembur was originally on the north-western corner of Trombay Island before the land reclamation project took place. The railway line for Chembur was first opened to passengers in 1924 and was made part of Greater Bombay in 1945. This place also has a history of having hosted refugees after independence and following partition. The growth and gradual development of residential areas occurred after the industrialisation of Trombay during war. Chembur eventually transformed from an industrial suburb to primarily a residential area after the construction of the Township Colony, Shell Colony and Station Colony undertaken by the Bombay Housing Board. Today Chembur is home to many more such colonies like BPCL, Tata Colony, Pestom, Indian Oil Nagar, HPCL, Chedda Nagar, Tilak Nagar etc. One can also find several independent houses in Chembur in combination with modern high rises and plenty of open spaces – something that is so difficult to find in Mumbai.One of the many notable landmarks and one of the biggest green cover areas for this locality is the Bombay Presidency Golf Club.
