Good things here
Power cuts are very less schools and hospitals are present. Roads are well late. Residents are friendly. Leave roads are quite spacious streets. Streets are dimly lit, but there are no Portholes.

Good things here
It is clean all the time and fresh air is available, Schools and colleges are very near to the house and popular malls and restaurants are easy to access from this place.. 0 Crime rate in this area.. I feel very safe in this area in nightime..Cabs,Metro,Buses even airport also is easily accessible...Very recommended place to live

The area is livable wih good amenities including schools, hospitals and markets. Road connectivity is good. Rental accommodation is affordable. Residential plots and individual homes are in high demand here. The area is safe at night and the streets are well lit.

There are good schools and hospitals in the locality. Water ascarcity, garbage disposal and parking are problems residents face on a regular basis.

Good road connectivity though there are frequent traffic jams on the main roads. Livability is good though there are problermds of encroachment, garbage clearing and parking. Mixed neighbourhood consisting of a lot of migrants. The price of properties is a bit on the higher side.

The locality offers good connectivity through roadways but the railway station is further away. Adyar is a popular residential area and price of real estate is affordable. Neighbourhood is cosmopolitan due to high migrsnt residents here. Garbage accumulation and encroachment are problem areas.

Housing prices reasonable and hence attractive. There are IT hubs and retail shopping areas. Rental property is affordable here. There is a lot of migrant population here due to PG accommodation. Water scarcity is a problem for people living here.
