lots of space for parking...there is small swimming pool for society members and free access to gym in ground floor....lots of international English medium school for children nearby...good security as guard is always there at main gate...lift is working fine and good material used in making apartment as no leaking from ceiling and no putty falls from walls...
main problem is cleanliness as some society members throw garbage anywhere...no dustbin for garbage collection...another problem is water and electricity as there is frequent power cut issues...some of street light on main road not working so not much safe for womens and girls after 10pm....

Great schools, hospitals, malls and restaurants are available at walking distance. There were low electricity charges and frequent power cuts in the area. There were no water shortage issue. There were patrolling cars at night that's why we feel safe during nightime. Cabs and buses are easily available that is good for elder people.
There is nothing to dislike about the place. There were security cameras all around the society that is good for our safety. Parks and gardens are cleaned and well maintained all the times that is good for our children.

yes we fill secure and safe here people are decent, here lot of parking area and nearby School, mall, restaurants, and gym will maintained streetlight and 24hr water or electricity supply. everything is too impressive.

Quality of roads were great. There were no water clogging situation during monsoon. There is no history of crime in our neighbourhood. Great schools, colleges, hospitals,malls and local markets easily available nearby. cabs and buses are easily asscesible that is good for elder people. There were low electricity charges and frequent powercuts.
There is nothing to dislike about the place. There were security cameras all around the society that is very best for our safety. There were patrolling cars at night so we feel safe during night. Gardens and playgrounds are well maintained and clean all the times that is good for our children.

Best place for accommodation. Wide and spacious road. public transport is easily accessible, also metro station is located nearby. No water logging on the road during rainy season. Local market and nearby malls are also accessible. Great schools are also reside in this region. Roads are safe for children especially during night time. often police patrolling. Best place in this range of price . auto, cabs and taxi are available at anytime at this region. No water logging during rainy season. well equipped road with CCTV cameras and street light. Also the street is safe for children. Power supply is adequate with low cutt off. Low pollution area with lots of Greenery.
The main problem in this area is the water supply as it not in adequate amount. Also the roads are very congested which always leads to traffic jam. Restaurant and shopping complex are situated at some distance. sometime sewage system also creates problems.

Certainly best locality in Noida I have ever seen. The roads are made of good quality there will be no such issue faced during monsoons. You will easily get a cab or bus. There is no any history of crime near this. There is no water shortage and markets are also easily accessible.
