i am the owner of this locality and I can confidently said this place absolutely amazing for home seekers and students because here I can find different types of facilities in few walkable distance. here different types of educational institute are available and a lot shopping complexes are available with affordable price.the area provide house in low price.read more

the bad instinct about this locality are frequent traffic jam and a lot of pollution. there are no parks so parking issue can be challenging.read more

The public transport is excellent with the cabs conveniently located and making travel easy. It boasts numerous well-kept parks. Markets are conveniently located near shops catering to vegetarian and non-vegetarian needs. The roads are well-connected and in excellent condition. Nearby hospitals, schools and gyms are available. The area's high population density leads to frequent traffic jams and pollution. The lack of proper maintenance by the municipal corporation of Mumbai results in hygiene issues. It was like very good area in Mumbai and this place is also overcrowded with the people. The power cuts are faced like none The roads are good, but in monsoon, they can’t face the over logging of water And about the transportation, there is very crowded transportation with people, but easy to accessread more
