I really love this location! Not only are there many nearby markets to choose from, but there are also some really great schools in the area. Plus, there are numerous hospitals to choose from, which is always reassuring. And I love that there are a few temples around too - it's always nice to have a peaceful place to go and reflect. Overall, this location seems to have everything you could need!

The neighbourhood is kept very clean. As a result, small-scale businesses, apartments, and new construction are all in operation. Schools are also close by, and there are numerous dress shops, hospitals, and food stores.

There are enough parks, and they are well-maintained. Banks can also be found in a number of locations in this area. The hospital and grocery stores are both within walking distance, which is convenient.

Grocery stores are within walking distance, the park is surrounded by many trees and lakes, the water supply is adequate, and it is well maintained. There are numerous bus stops.

There are many restaurants, showrooms, and shops. Every location in the neighbourhood has at least one local store. There are playgrounds for kids. There are amenities in the park. There are parking facilities available, although there is not much room for a car.

It is a prime residential location. The area where I live, it is very clean. The environment is very peaceful. Road connectivity is very well. Close to schools, colleges, banks, etc. We really liked this place, and bought our house at an affordable rate.

There is a lot of peacefulness at Ayapakkkam. The roads are in good condition, and there is no air pollution here. There are several parks and gardens close to my house here, making it simple to visit the parks.

It mainly a residential locality in north Chennai. It has good connectivity to schools, colleges, hospitals. Railway station is at walkable distance. However, there is still no metro here. Also, sometime the roads are blocked by cattle.

We have been residing in ayapakkkam for many years. There were no top-notch facilities in this location a few years ago, but throughout the meantime, the surrounding infrastructure and society have developed. Schools and hospitals are in good shape. Public transportation facilities are good. There are numerous sports academies introduced. When compared to other neighbourhoods, the rent for houses is better.
