Good things here

Most of the places have been made keeping in mind all the needs of these people, which is a very good thing. Security has also been taken care of. There is a kids play area nearby. Gym and swimming pool, library are available. Maintenance is also done properly every time. There is no problem of electricity and water. many good markets and restaurants available nearby where one can get the right things at good rates. Cabs and taxis are also easily available.read more

Things need improvement

The neighbourhood is not very friendly. The hospital is also not very good. Street cows and dogs roam around on the main road. There is a traffic jam on the road during the rains.read more

Sector 150 Noida , is well known for availability of private and public transport and cab and auto availability , metro station a bit far , average road conditions , markets are at walkable distance good hospitals nearby, frequent police petrolling and safe at night, well lit streets at night , enough parks and well maintained for resident and public physical and mental activities ,read more

Sector 150 Noida, is well known for frequent parking space , no schoole nearby, frequent parking issues, frequent power cuts, un hygienic and poor air quality, due to some construction work going nearby,shortage due to high residential populationread more

Good things here

It's a good place for living and working. Having all basic facilities which are needed in our family life like hospitals, schools, shopping center, railway station, metro station and bus availability. Also having good roads for travelling. Water availability is good. Weather is also comfortable as per seasonal. Electricity facilities are also good I like this placeread more

Things need improvement

There is having some negative facts too with this place. The seasonal weather is not comfortable for everyone. The heat and cold changes. Also some roads are not at all good. It's damaged and not done properly. Also having some difficulty while driving because the traffic jam is a compulsory one. Some negative about the road hygiene too. It's not at all maintained wellread more

Great schools and universities near the property. Upcoming metro, technology parks and airport also make this property a desirable option. Also this property is in a sports city, which is another advantage for the kids to grow up in an environment that hosts so many opportunities. also from the investment point of view this property holds great value.read more
