The area is safe after 10pm also. I have not seen any criminal activity here. Surroundings are calm and fresh air is there.

Location near to Thoraipakkam and Palavaram Road makes it a worthful place to liveThe senior citizens can also comfortably stay here without worrying about the safety because neighbours ae helpful and there CCTV cameras installed in the entire society along with the secured guards. All major schools, colleges and institutes are nearby which further reliefs the parents.read more

The Apartment are of the following configurations: 1BHK,3BHK and 4BHK. The most impressive thing about this society is their security system. Shopping mall, markets, banks, ATMs and hospitals are nearby. The management makes sure that proper maintenance is done without fail. The water and power supply is good. It is a calm and peaceful project.

The project offers Apartments with perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living. It is a well-connected project with a good quality of construction done as the homes have good ventilation system to allow sunlight and fresh air. Also, there are many hospitals and the connectivity is too good because you can easily book a cab that reaches this place without thinking twice due to non-availability of traffic jams and traffic snarls.
