absolutely brand new to this forum and in the world of real estate, so looking for some veteran tips here before plunging into deep water!!!:)
i'm looking for a 3bhk (approx 1500 sqft)for end use in the vicinity of noida's sector 77/78/79 and am willing to wait around 3 years tops(paying rent, you see!!)my budget would be around 55 lacs. what do you think is the best property and builder to invest in??? i've Ajnara Belvedere in mind though it hasn't even soft launched yet:D !!!! please advice!!!!
