Good things here

New housing society on Mysore Road, very close to Pattanagere Metro station. Just takes 22 minutes by metro to reach Majestic.read more

Things need improvement

Not yet fully occupied, It is still maintained by the builder. RWA is yet to be formed. The maintenance charges are Rs 3 per sq ft.read more

Not a good apartment to live. Fight for basic facility daily, no power back up, temp current, water issue, parking problem, no amenity, Living here is a fight itself.
