Prices seems to be in same range for ready to move or just launched projects.
My cousin wants to invest for 4-5 years.
I personally feel that currently the new launch projects are expensive because not all money needs to be paid now and hence may be more affordable for now.
But once the projects are completed the already completed projects and newly completed projects will command the same premium and hence the ready to move in projects makes much more sense.

Could some one guide me wat is the best price we can expect for a 6 year old villa on resale. They are asking 2.35cr. Also they say we should add 10% more on registration for the land and construction cost. Is it true? If so?
Is it wise to invest 2.3cr on resale villa of 3000sqft land and 2000built up area. Pls advice.
