Ashok Nagar is one of the most well-planned localities of Chennai, with wide roads and a well-laid road numbering system. The security guards and installed CCTV cameras give a sense of security. The connectivity is good as the cabs reach here without any hassle. Lots of grocery shops, gyms, ATMs, schools, colleges, and malls are available nearby. The construction is done well by keeping in mind the proper ventilation and for fresh airflow. read more

Hotel Green Park, Hotel Canyon Sun, and Hotel Maurya International are prominent hotels within a 5 km radius. The connectivity is exceptionally good as you can quickly book a cab or taxi and it reaches you quickly without facing jams. All major schools, colleges, and institutes are nearby which further relieves the parents. Ola, Uber cabs arrive on time, there are bus stops, and everything is nearby.
