In this society, a positive aspect is the comforting atmosphere where everyone is part of a family, with no individuals living alone as bachelors.

In this community, the main problem is the insufficient parking spaces for the total number of families residing here.

Good things here

This society has a limited population, which avoids overcrowding, making it a desirable feature. Additionally, the connectivity within the society is excellent, as the bus stop is conveniently located just in front of the society's gate, and there are 2 to 3 schools within a radius of 500 meters to 1 kilometer. The construction quality is exceptional, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and the painting is well done. Maintenance charges are very reasonable, and there is a good water supply with consistent cleanliness being well-maintained. Furthermore, there is a well-equipped children's play area, and all festivals, events, and get-togethers are celebrated with enthusiasm.

The major problem lies in heavy traffic congestion on the nearby roads during both morning and evening rush hours.
