The connectivity is very good because there are many colleges, schools, malls, local markets, and hospitals nearby. Safety is never compromised and one can go out even during the night. which means that you can work with a free mind in your office while the family is safe at home. The construction is of high level and does not require much maintenance still the roads as well taken care of and clean.
