Prime location with all amenities easily accessible. 6 lane road getting constructed. Situated at midpoint of Salk Lake sector 5 and New Town. All IT companies are within 2-3 KM range.

these complex is located in one of the major localities of kolkata Making it location suitable moreover the complex has cooperative and well equipped security guards looking after and checking for each unknown people before entering the complex making it crime free the area inside complex is well maintained by the house keeping commitee of complex there is a huge playground and community hall for arrangements of parties and occasions

the major problem is that it's located in the Newtown which is flooded in the rainy season. making it cause for water born disease like malaria dengue which is somehow problem for childerens livin'g in this locality that is the main problem only

This society is best society in Kolkata. The schools, hospitals, shopping malls, Atms locals market are so accessible from this locality.The area is surrounded with too many parks. We haven't faced any water shortage in this area.

This place is so quite.It is very close to local market.There is also some nearby malls and hospital.Water supply and cleanliness is so well.Other most important thing is transportation , which is really good.There is nearby bus stand and also not too far from metro station.

this society is best in this area. I have lived here before. You have the access to school. mall shopping market nearby. You can have full safety in night. Guards are available 24*7. Electricity and Water is available 24 hours.

It's a really good place. I stay there for long a long time. school and hospital ar hereby. Roads are clean and no trafic jam at all. Also there are no electricity cut problem and water problem. You definitely love this place.

Very much good and spacious area for accommodation. Auto and cabs are easily available. No water logging during rainy season. Low traffic jam in the street. Also good school and great resident reside . Safe at night ,well litted street and safe for children also. Adequate amount of water supply and great cleanliness in the road.

The main problem in this area is frequently electricity cut throughout the season and the bill is high as compared to other areas. Also the area is overcrowded. pollution is also high in this region. No police patrolling during night, which is not so good for the citizens.

I feel completely safe walking around the town where I live at night. I live in a small town where crime is low or non-existent, the only thing to worry about is the drunks, dope heads or dead beats but they are no threat as they are easily ignored and don't cause any problems.

New town is posh planned smart city located in the state of west bengal in India. Being one of the satellite cities of state capital kolkata to the east, it is a part of the kolkata metropolitan city.
