Good place to live, spacious private party area, golf view. Dedicated sports facilities for cricket, badminton and other sports.

Nothing as much. There are no famous hospital nearby and sometime transport issue is there. Rest all is good.

The condition of the roadways is good as well as neat and clean, but sometimes you might face traffic problems. It is a spacious locality with good construction quality with affordable prices. All of the essential amenities, including as shops, malls, metro stations, schools, and major colleges, are within walking distance. There are no traffic jams, and auto or bus stops are within walking distance, taking only 10 to 15 minutes. Here, lush greenery, good connectivity, ample parking space, clean roads and spacious houses is a normal thing. High-quality construction, attractive residential designs, and routine maintenance are all found here.

Colonial architecture, Double-height entrance lobby, Thematic garden with Ultra-modern clubhouse. Everything is fine here home construction quality is quite well and even road construction and maintenance is noticeable. It is well worth the money you spend on a property. Parks, swimming pools, gyms, grocery stores, and other amenities are all conveniently located nearby. There are no issues with the cleanliness or upkeep of the roads, parks, or other public areas. The water and power supply is quite good and you hardly face any issues in this regard.

Stilt floor height of 8 meter for clear view of the landscaping of whole town ship. Greenery in abundance, as well as wide, well-kept roads and parks, contribute to a clean and positive environment. Superb construction level with nice connectivity and maintenance of the project are the main reasons why this is a happening project. It is one of the best connected projects in the area, with good public transportation and a nearby metro station. Schools and colleges are also nearby so children can easily go there without facing any traffic hurdles as there are hardly any traffic jams in the area. Public transport, road condition and parking facility are very good and there are no network problems in this area.

The project does have a nice atmosphere with good connectivity and well-built residences; the roads are broad and have street lights alongside them. Significant construction with green parks and safe environment for residents. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby. Good connectivity lets you travel anywhere with ease and without wasting time in traffic jams. Safety is good and ample parking space are few of the plus points of this place. The management ensures that necessary maintenance is carried out on a consistent basis.

I liked the flat and the cast was also not much and rest of the furniture Liked very much and the colour which was turning purple
