Good things here

I stayed at Preteek Grand Carnesia for a good amount of time, and overall the experience was very comfortable. The society is well maintained, security is reliable, and daily essentials are easily accessible. The environment feels family friendly, with parks and common areas being regularly. Connectivity to main roads also makes travel manageable.

Things need improvement

At times, especially during evenings or weekends, some common areas can feel a bit crowded due to active usage by residents.

Good things here

I first looked at Prateek Grand Carnesia while exploring different options for my Family. Living in the sidsharth Vihar Area in Ghaziabad and booking are open. I took a look for 3 BHK Flats is there. I really feel happy for my decision.

The location is convenient and well - connected. I like this location because of offering easy access to key area.

Good things here

Siddharth Vihar is a developing locality, we have a reputed branch of DPS at walking distance. Currently, there are no large malls but Jindal Opus is being constructed and might launch by 2025 which will be a great addition. Some of the premium societies are present in this area such as T&T digital housing. Also, there are affordable houses constructed by Awas Vikas Parishad. These are 1 bhk houses that are available at a much lower price point.

Siddharth Vihar suffers from poor roads, plenty of potholes and clogging. It gets worse during the rainy season as mud puddles make it impossible for walking. Most societies such as Gaur Siddhartham, T&T etc are partially under construction and hence there's a lot of air pollution as well.
