The Badlapur area is getting a lot of interest from other big developers as well as the local developers for high rise buildings. Godrej was just the first one to create a 19 floor towers in the area that used to have 7 floor towers. This will eventually make Badlapur the next Powai or Thane in terms of price escalation. The drawback right now is that offices have still not come to Badlapur and people need to travel.
