Sec 16b Greater Noida West is a home to various prestigious schools. The main road itself has 4 schools situated right next to each other. Various new commercial projects are under development with a multi screen PVR opening very soon. All major brands have already opened their stores in this area which makes it a premium locality.read more
Things need improvement
The cost of ready to move in houses has shot up disproportionately in past few months. Purchasing another home in this area will be a financial burden. Also, the local markets such as sabzi mandis charge much more than other areas. There's also a slum like area popularly known as Bihari Market which could be a turn off for most people.read more
