Good things here

Transportation connectivity is good with easy accessibility of buses, cabs and autos. Maintenance is fine with timely disposal of waste and garbage. construction quality is average. There is a parking lot. Safety is taken care of.

He said main rent pe rehta tha wahan 4-5 saal pehle, now I have left that society. Rickshaw wagera mil jata tha. Lifts acche se chalta tha. Electricity supply theek tha. Koi issue hota tha toh aajate the woh theek karne. Garbage dispose hota tha time to time. Balconies thi waha har room ke sath.

Connectivity ka issue tha wahan. Market nahi tha koi paas mein, door jaana padhta tha, Metro bhi door tha wahan. Construction quality thoda bas aise hi tha. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse kuch nahi tha waha society mein.

Good things here

The transportation connectivity of the society is excellent, with metro and other means of transport readily available nearby. The quality of roads is also very good, even compared to Delhi. I personally use my own vehicle for commuting. There are no issues with water logging, and the flats are not congested. CCTV cameras are installed in the society, and painting work is done on time. Maintenance has improved, and people in the society are friendly and cooperative. Electricity supply is also available 24/7 in the society.

Things need improvement

The maintenance of the society is not up to par because there are conflicts within the Resident Welfare Association (RWA). Technically, there are some issues with the water supply in the society. Additionally, there are no amenities such as a gym or clubhouse because the construction was supposed to be carried out by the builder, but due to a lack of funds, the interiors were not furnished despite the buildings being completed.

I typically use my own car for travel, and the society ensures proper parking slots are allocated to all residents, avoiding parking chaos. Transportation and connectivity around the society are excellent, with autos and cabs readily available. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants cater to residents' daily needs. The road quality outside the society is commendable, with functional street lights providing adequate illumination. Timely garbage collection maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards in the society. The rooms in my flat are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight throughout the year. CCTV cameras ensure security across the society, complemented by a reliable security system and competent security guards. Lifts are well-maintained for residents' convenience.

Things need improvement

Some builders issues are going on in the society for which maintenance is not at all good. Seepage and leakage issues are very commonly seen, plaster quality is not good. Construction is still incomplete. There are many drawbacks like club house, building, play area, gym, swimmingpool nothing is made, all are still under construction.

Good things here

If we talk about connectivity with nearby malls, metro and other daily base places then all are well within the reach. It takes hardly 10 to 15 minutes to reach any of the locations . Auto rickshaw and e rickshaw is easily available. Its also quite safe as there were regualr patrol and locality has quard also.

Everything is quite nice and reachable from my locality. So there is no dislike as of now. Environment is nice and quite.

Sector 44 is a good place to stay as it has all the required amenities. this place is well connected to other places and trhe neighbourhood is also clean and hygenic. there is less traffic jam and police administration is also helpful. properties are quite affordable in here and one can also find PGs or rental apartments. However, pollution is high and there is always noise and dust which makes this place less peaceful

I've lived here since I was a child, and everything is conveniently accessible, such as malls, hospitals, super markets, and even a local market, with the metro just 5 minutes away and the bus only 5 minutes away. I've lived in this neighbourhood for 19 years and enjoy some aspects of it, such as the proximity of markets and schools. The roads and streets are in good condition. The fact that there are very few criminal incidents makes this area safe. It advances because of the metro connecting area. Well, street lights...and another point is that the locals' behaviour is fairly good...despite being a great area to live.

I've been living here for the past 15 years. This location is quite close to all modes of transportation, ranging from buses to metros, as well as all cab services. Aside from that, there are a good number of parks with neat and clean environments that are ideal for fitness training and nighttime walks. There is also a neighbouring market within a minute's walk that sells high-quality fruits and veggies at low prices.
