yes sometimes i face this problem but not a major problem, yes it is clean and pollution free environment, here 24 hrs electric supply available, easily accessible to local market, malls, school and malls, yes we fell safe and secure here because security guard and cctv surveillance available, people ate living here very descent and cooperative, no any crime happened here.

nothing is say about the place that i dislike but i have face some time water logging problem in rainy season and construction of road need improvement. otherwise everything fine.

I'd say it's perfect for a bachelor it might not be that good for families.The roads are well-lit.The area is pretty calm.The crowd all the residents are also very friendly Street food is also nice.The local markets are also close and public transport is also available

Schools and hospitals are not present in the vicinity.You have to go far to access them which might be a problem for families other than that.There's no water shortage or electric power cuts but the lack of hospitals and schools might be a problem

Good things here
We have free 200 units of electricity every month to be used. There is lesser power cuts in this area. Yes it is clean maximum times not all times. Sometimes when traffic jams occurs then we face little pollution otherwise there is no pollution. Public transport and cabs are easily available and accessible. Yes we feel safe in our locality to roam about during nighttime. Yes the streets are well lit for walking post 9 p.m. Quality of roads are much better than many other localities in whole Delhi. No clogging happen during monsoons because of well drainage system.

Only there is one dislike that is sometimes the area feels polluted when traffic jams occur because of the bad smokes and gases that the vehicles release it feels little polluted. Overall everything is good and there is not much to dislike about this area.

This location is very much good for living. Auto and cabs are easily available along with metro station situated at walking distance. Zero crime rates and police patrolling make this location ideal for living. Adequate amount of water supply also. school and College are also available at this region.

The main drawback of this location is High cost of electricity rate and frequency power cut during summer and sometimes in rainy season also. Pollution is also high as compared to other areas. Also the open pot hole create problem for the passengers sometimes.

paschim vihar is really a great place to live . theiris wide roads with very near two metro station for easy connectivity. their is spaces for parking. hospital are near. hygiene is maintained. well green park are their . crime rates are low. easily accessible to cabs and autos with bus stands . 24 hr electricity and water supply.less noisy.

Yes, we have all great schools, hospitals, malls in our locality. Our locality is well connected with good schools. Hospitals are also easily available. Malls are also within half km area. So we are totally satisfied.

Actually, we don't dislike anything about the place. But still we just want to give some suggestions to improve the facilities. If it is possible the lifts should have camera's. And there should be at least 2 CCTV on roads in different directions.

locality is well maintained and there is cleanliness all the time. We do not have to face pollution issues. There are very low electricity charges and there are low frequent power cuts in the area. There will be no water shortage. Street lights are well liy for walking post 9PM. Good school and hospital are available at walking distance. Cabs and buses are easily available.

There is nothing that I dislike. There are cameras in the society everywhere that is good for safety. Play ground are also cleaned and well maintained near the society.

well firstly talking about road quality of paschim vihar then I prefer to rate it phenomenal, as a result there is no clogging situation during heavy rain. moreover there are well lit street lights in every corner as a result it is safer for our children's and daughters at night. frequent water is also provided there. in addition to, there are well reputated schools and colleges nearby as well as all basic necessities like food, medicine, groceries and many more are easy accessible. metro connectivity is also preety decent and malls are also available there..

talking about disadvantages, then I would like to highlight traffic problem in pashchim vihar as the number of vehicles is very high and moreover some of vendor cover half of portion of road in some area due to which problem of frequent jam arrives. it is also little bit of crowded in some areas
