Local market is nearly 1km away. School is 500m away. This is a gated society and CCTVs installed.
Things need improvement
There is bit of connectivity issue. Construction is bit old so quaity is not great. Lot of parking issue here.read more

Spacious balconies are there in flats. Log friendly hain , Open space achi hai society ki thats a plus point. Big spacious parks are there in the society khula khula hai wo cheez achi hai.read more

Roads bilkul bekaar hain society ke, waterlogging ka issue hain yaha. Market hain paas me lekin kuch khaas nahi hai. Maintenance khud karna padhta hai yaha , society wale kuch nahi karte . Koi lifts nahi hai society me, no basement parking available either. Seepage/leakage issue hai society mein, pipes kabhi kabhi leak karta hai. Plaster ki quality bhi acha nahi hai. Koi facilities nahi hain yaha like swimming pool, gym & clubhouse- kuch bhi nahi hai.read more

There are local markets are available outside the society. This society was good with water supply and electricity. The society is very safe to live, there was no safety issuesread more

The connectivity of the society is not good, public transport like auto, buses and metro is not available nearby the society. There are no nearby malls, schools or colleges available around the society. People staying in this society has to travel a lot to get access of these. The construction quality of this society is not at all good, I would be rating it 2 out of 5. Timely Paintings are not done at all. The society was not at all maintained properly, there are hygine issues, this society is not kept clean. Other facilities like gym swimmingpool, club house, park and play ground for kids are not available inside the society. There were no cultural events or festivals celebrated in the society, there were no gatherings in the societyread more
