Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book through Ola and Uber. Water facility operates smoothly 24/7, and there is reliable power backup in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The parking area is very spacious, and there is also a designated visitors parking area in the society. People in the society are very friendly and respectable. Security of the society is excellent, with vigilant security personnel and many CCTV cameras ensuring safety. Festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and community gatherings in the society.read more

The construction quality is poor, with issues such as seepage and leakage in pipes within the society. Amenities like the gym are very small, and the swimming pool is not available and not well-maintained. Public transportation like buses is available but quite far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Cleaning has not been up to par in recent months, and garbage collection inside the society and on the roads is also inadequate. These issues need urgent attention to improve the living conditions and facilities within the society.read more

The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, and we often come together to celebrate various festivals and events. Conveniently, within a 500-meter radius, we have access to essential amenities such as a bus stop, school, petrol bunk, supermarket, and hospitals. The roads are well-maintained, illuminated by functioning streetlights, and offer ample parking spaces. Our community is enriched with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, table tennis, yoga room, children's play area, walking track, community hall, and garden. Construction-wise, we're pleased to report no issues with leakage, and the balconies provide excellent ventilation. Maintenance-wise, we enjoy 24/7 water and power supply, regular cleaning services, daily garbage collection, and well-functioning lifts.read more

The connectivity is great here public transport is easily available from here, just few metres away from here you can get bus/auto. Basic amenities are here like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse. For kids also it is a good place children park is here. Cleanliness is properly maintained and I have never faced any issue with seepage, leakage or lifts, Everything is well-functioning and maintained. There is a one stop for all the household needs, market area, shopping complex, schools and hospitals are nearby as well.read more

Amenities here are wonderful with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and parks. The society is very well-maintained with clean lifts, regular cleaning and garbage collection. Connectivity is great with autos, cabs and public transport nearby. The roads are good. The construction is very good with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and it has good ventilation and sunlight.
