The society has got amenities like gym, club house, play ground and garden area. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is very good. The Rooms are spacious and properly ventilated. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The society premises are cleaned properly. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Elevators works properly and maintainance is done for that. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are also safety features available like fire estinguishers. Paintings that has been done are of good quality. The people of the socieety is very good, they are friendly, educated and cooperative with esch other. The society celebrates all cultural festivals and events together.read more
There is no swimming pool in the society. The maintainance of the gym is not good as equipements are less and the machines are not maintained properly. The society is not pet friendly, pets are not allowed in the society. The security needs to be improved for better safety.read more

I had a wonderful time at Kesar Valley. The apartments were spacious, well-kept, and provided a comfortable living space. The clubhouse and swimming pool were particularly impressive. The staff was courteous and attentive. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Pune.
