Living in this project, the neighbourhood is close to the station, and there are markets around with fresh vegetable markets. A good selection of cuisine is offered in the evenings.

The neighbourhood is about ten minutes from the railroad station. There is a nearby retail centre, and a local market selling fruits, vegetables, and other foods is also close by. There are grocery stores, a ladies' parlour, and several more establishments nearby.

Beautifully designed home in the Kesar Scion community with lush, green lawns, a well-planned layout with a clubhouse that can accommodate a variety of indoor activities, a children's play area, a double indoor badminton court, and much more than has yet to be discovered.
