Excellent connectivity is ensured with a bus stop approximately 2 km away, while grocery stores and medical shops are easily accessible. Street lights function properly, enhancing safety, and there is ample parking space available. The society boasts impressive amenities including table tennis, a cricket pitch, a basketball court, a community hall, a gym, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a walking track, catering to various recreational needs. Maintenance standards are high with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection services. Residents benefit from 24/7 water and power supply, and the lifts are well-maintained for convenience. Vakil Townscape Bangalore is an excellent residential development. The layout is well-thought-out, with spacious homes and lovely landscaping. The clubhouse and swimming pool, for example, are excellent. A great option for a peaceful and luxurious living environment.
