Good things here
This society is built up by DP architecture, a Singapore based company. It offers 2BHK to 5BHK flats. All units provides lavish and luxurious furnished rooms. Facilities such as gym, garden, swimming pools, ATM, tennis courts, reserved parking are amazing. Breathtaking landscape and outside views of Haji Ali Mosque and Arabian Sea are just mesmerizing. Equally secured with modern security system and security guard at main entrance gate.read more

Landlords are greedy in as they charge extra money to avail certain facilities. Lacks maintenance of swimming pools and parks. Number of unskilled maintenance staffs creates a problem of regular maintenance. Residents lacks community and friendly living standard for a quality living experience.read more
